Cancellation Policy

For Monthly & Christmas/New Year’s Rentals:

Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rent is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.

For Weekly Rentals:

Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

From the prearranged airport pickup to the departure the holiday went without a flaw. We were met by Bayside’s representative Gerson at the condo upon arrival and was updated on the condo as well as services available through Bayside. Gerson kept in touch during our stay and responded to calls quickly. Would book through Bayside again in the future.

Bayside was amazing to work with. Our Vacation Specialist, Mike Galindo, was very professional, friendly and provided first class service throughout our stay in Huatulco. We would definitely recommend Bayside Vacations and will book our next stay through them as well.

The pictures and description of this unit were spot on. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone on the Bayside team. Tamara was quick to respond to any email we sent and made check in and check our a breeze. We would not hesitate to rent from Bayside in the future.

Erin was an excellent (professional yet very nice and friendly) host with outstanding communication throughout. We traveled with both older people and small children and had a great stay. The beach is wonderful--has plenty of locals and a lively traditional Mexican restaurant.

El lugar es muy bonito, cuenta con todo lo necesario dentro de los condos, tiene todas las comodidades, toallas de playa, hielera para bajar a la alberca o arena. El restaurante del Cosmo Residences es deliciosos y tiene un buen precio para la calidad que maneja. El gym está básico pero funcional. La playa de Arrocito es muy tranquila, no olviden su equipo de snorkel, porque hay parte de un arrecife y es una experiencia hermosa que no pueden perder, miles de peces de todos colores. Seguro es una excelente opción !
