Cancellation Policy

For Monthly & Christmas/New Year’s Rentals:

Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rent is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.

For Weekly Rentals:

Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

We just spent 10 days at the Cosmo Residences - Listado ID: 101599. Bayside team was awesome...Thanks Jazmin! The property was amazing with a huge balacony and ocean view. Everything was perfect, very nice upscale 3 bedroom flat/condo walking distance to pools and the ocean. Our family had a wonderful experience in Huatulco, we will return and be back in paradise again soon!

We had a lovely vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to use Bayside again!

I was very pleased with my overall experience with Bayside and the condo we rented. The communication was good , sometimes not a prompt reply but it was over Christmas and New Year's so I know it was a busy time, but always heard back. The condo, Cosmos 8B-1 was as pictured, clean and had everything we needed. I was hoping to be walking to town and cabbing back but with the heat, hills and length we took taxis everywhere, the men at the gate were very helpful calling for a taxi whenever we needed one. We met some lovely owners and renters and would 100% go back. Wifi was good but service was intermittent, a few showers with no hot water but with the heat it was refreshing. Beautiful location with Arrocito Beach and the views from the pool with whale sightings were stunning. We had a lovely vacation and wouldn't hesitate to use Bayside again:)

Home away from home

We had a very pleasant stay at Cosmo 8B-1. The unit has all the amenities to call it a home away from home, kitchen was equipped with everything, even a dishwasher and wine cooler. The expanded terrace is great for morning coffee, nothing like starting the day with the sound of the waves. Speaking of terrace, it is so spacious it accommodates a living area plus a dining table for 8 and is equipped with two ceiling fans. The unit is tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable.
Cosmo has a gym, several pools and a direct access to the beach which makes it very convenient for families or if you just want to avoid the hassle of driving around. We worked while we were there and found the WiFi good enough for audio conferences although the service was spotty a couple of times, but not a big deal. Arrocito beach is also pretty nice and good for kids.
