Cancellation Policy
For Monthly & Christmas/New Year’s Rentals:
Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 120 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 119-90 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rent is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to arrival 100% of total rent as cancellation fee.
For Weekly Rentals:
Cancellations made from day of confirmation until 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rental as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival100% of total rent as a cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
• 50% of the total rental price is due within 48 hours from the time of submitting the rental agreement.
• Bookings shall be confirmed by email by the Company on payment of the deposit.
• Receipt of any deposit prior to the Company's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.
• All payments shall be made to the Company by credit card, email money transfer, wire transfer or in cash.
Monthly & Christmas / New Year's Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
Weekly Rentals:
• The balance shall be payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday with the exception of Christmas & New Year's

My family and I had a wonderful 10 day stay at Cosmo in the Villa Positano. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings and decor in the villa were very high-end as well. The villa was immaculately maintained, with Bayside staff coming to clean the pool and water the plants every few days.
My family and I enjoyed the quiet location and that we could walk to the beach. We could whale watch from our patio and easily
go to Playa Arrocito to snorkel. The other pools and common areas of Cosmo were also immaculately maintained and very pretty. There was never any issue trying to find a lounge chair by the pools. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful.
We were very appreciative of the security staff as well, they called us taxis every day.
We were also so appreciative of Marce, our contact for Bayside Vacations. Marce booked us airport transfers which I highly recommend, and she booked a coffee tour for my family which they loved. Marce was easy to contact on Whatsapp when we had questions. I highly recommend Bayside Vacations and especially Marce. We will definitely be returning and would recommend Bayside Vacations and Marce to our family and friends!
There was a group of eleven of us that travelled together at the end of January 2024. Seven of us stayed in the villa at Cosmos Residences and four stayed in a separate condo in Building 7.
We absolutely loved the villa and enjoyed it every day. It was well stocked with pretty well everything you would find in a home kitchen. We even had a blender to make some frozen drinks.
It was just so beautiful and very clean. It gave us lots of space to spread out and we were not crowded in the kitchen when we cooked some of our meals.
Our vacation specialist, Marce from Bayside Vacations was such a dear. She was so helpful, even making some reservations for us for dinner at Vienna in Santa Cruz as we were a big group.
She answered all of our questions from a good place to eat tacos to where to buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
We also booked the Bay Tour through her and we all enjoyed that tour tremendously.
We must mention that when we initially booked our vacation, Mari from Bayside was also very pleasant to deal with. She answered a lot of questions we had.
Our only regret was one week was not enough time. We now wait with patience as we start thinking about our return to Huatuclo and specifically Cosmos Residences. It is a great place to spend a vacation as this was the first time not going to an all-inclusive resort.
We are so glad we booked through Bayside Vacations. We won't even hesitate to do this over again.
